Overview
Politics is one of the most important subjects of modern times. In this AS level, students develop a greater insight into political beliefs and an understanding of the role of political decision making in the UK today.
Facilities
Politics is taught in the Humanities classrooms with their stimulating and thought provoking displays.
Key Stage 4
AS Politics is taught as a GCSE option at Grey Court. The fundamentals of democracy, Parliament and electoral systems are studied in detail. There is also an emphasis on voter behaviour and the role of the media, as well as the Prime Minister and Supreme Court.
